MISSION STATEMENT
PURPOSE OF THE SPORTS COMPLEX SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT
AS PROPOSED BY THE PACKER PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION
|
|
|
To establish a comprehensive plan and strategy for the inter-relationship between the sports teams,
owners of the complex buildings,
City Government and City Departments with the neighborhoods that surround this complex for the purpose
of maximizing these working relationships between all parties for the best interest of the neighbors.

|
GOALS OF THE SPORTS COMPLEX SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT
|
|
|
1) Mitigate as much as is possible the impact of the activities and operations of the sports complex on the neighborhoods
surrounding the complex: e.g. cleaning, traffic control, police protection, security, maintenance.
2) Improve the Quality of Life of the neighborhood areas of the District that are outside of the Sports Complex itself.
E. g. beautification, recreational facilities, appearance, monitoring of air quality, delivery of city services, etc.
3) Establish goals and objectives to fulfill this mission
